Production Conditions

　　The space information industry park invested by CGSTL covers an area of 216,000m². Wherein, Phase I of the space information industry park project is 136,000m², and the gross building area is 96,700m². The building is designed in the principle of integrated design, integrating R&D, design, production and processing, and final assembly test, and realizing the standardized and streamlined R&D of satellites, optical cameras and other equipment with constant temperature, humidity and being clean. The main functional areas include: Optical processing area, camera assembly and adjustment area, satellite final assembly test area, camera radiometric calibration area, environmental test area, single machine hardware production area and warehouse, etc. In addition, the planned total construction area of Phase II of the space information industry park project under construction is 135,000 square meters, mainly including satellite command center, data processing center and data storage center, etc. After the project is put into production, the industrial ecosystem of space remote sensing data application will be built all round to realize receiving, storage, production and distribution of massive data and build an intelligent and mass production base of remote sensing data. Phase II of the space information industry park project is planned to be completed by the end of this year.

　　1.Optical processing area

　　The total area of the optical processing area is 10000m². This area is capable of undertaking the mass production of high-precision optical components, and has the ability to process optical components made of glass ceramics and silicon carbide, etc. from coarse to fine, as well as corresponding detection.

　　2.Camera assembly and testing area

　　The total area of the camera assembly and testing area is 1,800m². Here, re-test of camera optical components before assembly and testing, optical assembly, commissioning and testing of camera system are conducted. This area has the capacity of small batch production of small and medium-sized optical cameras.

　　3.Satellite assembly area

　　The total area of the satellite assembly area is 4,500m². This area is capable of meeting the requirements of mass assembly of satellites.

　　4.Satellite electronics testing area

　　The total area of the satellite electronics testing area is 560m². Here, component test, system test, whole satellite desktop combination test and model flight test can be conducted.  This area is capable of testing more than 10 satellites synchronously.

　　5.Sensor radiometric calibration area

　　The area of the camera radiometric calibration area is 500m². Here, radiometric calibration tasks of aerospace sensor and rest and screening of relevant focal plane detector chips can be conducted.

　　6.Environmental testing area

　　The total area of environmental testing area is 10,000m², Environmental tests, including vibration test, modal test, atmospheric thermal cycle test, vacuum thermal cycle test, thermal balance test, thermo-optical test, noise test, strain test and micro-vibration test, etc. during the development of satellites and components can be conducted.
